Biography:

 

Grace Smith is a cellist from Wyandotte, Michigan. She began studying the cello at the age of 13. Grace currently plays in the Baldwin Wallace Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Soo Han. Grace is a recent graduate of Interlochen Arts Academy where she studied with Crispin Campbell and Dr. Patrick Owen. There she had masterclasses with Ronda Rider, Suren Bagratuni, Amit Peled, Joshua Roman, the Calidore String Quartet, Wei Yu, and the Julliard String Quartet. Grace has participated in a few summer programs such Interlochen Arts Camp (2016) and the Conservatory Summer Institute at Baldwin Wallace (2018). Grace is currently studying Cello Performance with Regina Mushabac with a minor in Arts Management at the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music.
