Biography:

 

Jonathan Spence is a graduate of East Carolina University where he studied with Ara Gregorian. He has participated in the Next Generation Series of the Four Seasons Chamber Music Festival, during which the students selected for this program receive multiple opportunities to play side-by-side with world-renowned artists. He now studies with Hagai Shaham at Stony Brook University where he is a doctotal candidate. Focusing on his passion for chamber music, Johnathan continues to play and perform in various chamber music festivals across the country. In the summer of 2014 he attended the Beethoven Institute in New York, Garth Newl music festival, and started a chamber music festival, The Ferrara Chamber Music Festival, in Virginia Beach.
