Two Virtu Scholars Qualify for Naumburg Competition

The prestigious Naumburg competition for cellists live preliminary auditions, semi-finals and finals are scheduled to be held on June 6 to 11 in New York City.  The competition is in honor of Mistislav Rostropovich.  JING JUN WEI and HOLGEN GJONI passed the initial qualification test and were invited to perform in the live portion of the competition.
