Scholar Carman Flores is Principal violist with the Royal Ballet Sinfonia

Scholar Carman Flores, now living in England, is the Principal violist with the Royal Ballet Sinfonia. Carman is also a founding member of a new string quartet, the Villiers Quartet, which can be seen at www.villiersquartet.com. The quartet has commenced a new chamber music series in London which she describes as both “fulfilling and hard work”. Carman has now graduated from a Virtu instrument to her own, a British made viola by William Castle.
