Amy Yetasook

     Amy is a senior at the University of California, Los Angeles, majoring in cello performance.  She plans on pursiung post-baccalaureate pre-medical studies.   Among her musical honors are: First Place National American String Teacher's Association Competition; a debut on live radio, KUSC 91.5 FM, as Colburn Chamber Orchestra Concerto Competition Winner; winner University of Southern California majoring in cello performance;  Grand Prize American String Teacher's Association Competition.  She is a Young Musician's Foundation Scholarship recipient and has played in the Los Angeles Philharmonic High School Honor Orchestra.  Additionally Amy won the Miss Southwest California Competition in 2007 and was 3rd runner-up to Miss California.  Her talent in these competitions was playing the cello.  Amy recived a cello Scholarship from the VirtuFoundation.
